Case Study: Tray Racers!
We announced the game in June 2022, obtaining a slot on the GamesRadar Future Games Show for the big reveal. Our efforts were very fruitful, delivering coverage from high-profile and respected publications like Eurogamer, Nintendo Life, Rock Paper Shotgun, Gematsu and more. A later preview beat conducted via a Discord event we organised saw further excellent coverage, with Eurogamer calling the game “riotous, simplistic fun”.

Case Study: Eastshade
We accompanied Eastshade Studios throughout the campaign. With no marketing budget and no other communications staff in-house, we had a very targeted PR campaign for the game, positioning it as a non-violent 3D exploration game, or “Skyrim: Photo Mode”.

Case Study: The Garden Path
We accompanied carrotcake from the initial reveal, to the Kickstarter campaign, and beyond. With no marketing budget or studio-side comms staff, we had a very targeted PR campaign for the game’s initial announcement, positioning it as a “cozy slice-of-life sim about the joys of gardening”. Featured by Eurogamer, PC Gamer, Rock Paper Shotgun, and more, the first campaign was a huge success.

Case Study: Dordogne
We announced the game in April 2020, both on the PR and community fronts, including setting up a Reddit AMA which made it to the global front page and doubling the social following in a few weeks. The reveal was covered in the top-tier media, and The Verge and Edge Magazine published long form interview features. Dordogne also got mainstream non-gaming coverage in France. Dordogne was one of the most anticipated games by Polygon, GamesRadar+, Fanbyte and Der Spiegel.
